Cody Brown animates for Welcome to the Cinema
For this track from Welcome to the Cinema entitled “Adrien Brody”, director Cody Brown decided to take an animated approach. The video is composed of nearly 3,000 crayon drawings, with a few hints of stop-motion as well as some other textures thrown in for good measure.
A Ha’s “Take On Me”, Jamie Lidell’s “You Got Me Up” and the Rainbow Road course from Mario Kart are primary influences for the clip.
